Hi I’m Valerie and I’m a Clinical Hypnotherapist and Meditation Teacher. Hypnotherapy has been around for centuries and it works. It’s true that we only use a small amount of our brain in our conscious or awake state but what is often overlooked is the power within our unconscious state. I access this via hypnosis and talk to your subconscious where your habits and deep feelings are kept awaiting to be accessed. What do you want to change in your life?
